The bed in the Twin Room was uncomfortable, with reports of bedbugs affecting multiple guests. Additionally, cleanliness issues, like unpleasant smells from sheets and general upkeep, were concerning. Parking is a hassle, with no on-site options and steep hills to navigate. Breakfast included lukewarm coffee and ran out of supplies quickly, which was disappointing. Adjusting to street noise and light pollution became a struggle at night, as many rooms faced busy intersections without blackout curtains.

I really enjoyed the elegant vibe of my room with the amazing bathtub and the cozy atmosphere it provided. The spa offered a lovely foot massage and relaxing back massage, making my stay even better. Just a heads up, there was a slight odor one evening, but it was quickly solved by airing out the room. 😊

We enjoyed our stay with the big family, especially since the hotel is super close to the main port for the tours to Lake Titicaca. The helpful staff even organized our transportation to the port, making it easy for us to explore. Great breakfast too!
